High-End Assemblies

Manufacturing this type of assembly is a real challenge – and not just because of the different materials involved. One of the main requirements is that they must be easy to install into the overall structure with clip connectors. After they have been installed in the vehicle they must also look good as they are highly visible components and must therefore have high quality surfaces with an excellent finish. The steering column casing parts shown in the photograph are also part of the vehicle’s safety concept since they also feature knee impact protectors.
